Terms of service

This Agreement is a legal agreement between you and "vivi-deco" regarding your downloading, installation and use of vivi-deco mobile application software and related services.

YOUR DOWNLOADING, INSTALLATION AND USEOF THIS MOBILE APPLICATION SOFTWARE ISBASED ON YOUR ACCEPTANCE AND COMPLIANCEWITH THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT.

has the right to modify the terms of this Agreement regarding the updates of the Software.

License

1. You acknowledge that during the term of agreement, you have only a non-exclusive and limited right to use the object code version of the Products for non-commercial purposes. You may make a single copy of the Products in object code form for archival or backup purposes. You must include all Notices on all copies of the Products. You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Products or attempt to gain access to the source code for the Products, except and only to the extent that it is expressly permitted by applicable law and to the extent permits by applicable law to contractually waive such rights, you hereby waive your rights to do so.
2. You may not assign or transfer the Products or any rights or obligations under these TERMS and/or this Agreement without the prior written consent of vivi-deco.
3. Your rights under these TERMS will automatically terminate if you breach any material obligations under these TERMS. Upon termination of these TERMS, you will destroy all copies of the Products immediately upon termination.
4. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

User Judgment

Certain functions of products cause certain programs, functions or files to be stopped, deleted or uninstalled.

Before using products, you should carefully read the instructions and tips to determine whether the product is suitable for your purposes and needs, as well as your safety requirements. Once you install the product and/or perform any operation, you undertake to be solely responsible for it.

We provide a Privacy Policy as an integral part of this agreement, which you should read and agree to before installing and operating the product.

Limitations of Liabilities and Disclaimer

You acknowledge and agree that mobileapplication Software and related services may have potential risks. In no event shall vivi-deco be liable for any risks.
